Digital Download Policy

Digital delivery

All Digital Asset Vault GB products are digital downloads. No physical item is posted. Access, payment processing and order records are handled through Etsy.

What buyers receive

Each listing explains its included files. Depending on the product, buyers may receive Excel workbooks, PDF guides, README notes or supporting template files. Etsy listing pages remain the final reference for what is included in a purchase.

Compatibility

Spreadsheet products are built for Microsoft Excel unless a listing clearly states another format. Buyers should review the listing and compatibility notes before purchase, especially when planning to use mobile apps, Apple Numbers or Google Sheets.

Support scope

Support is available for download access, corrupted files, missing files and reasonable clarification about how a purchased product is structured. Support does not include custom spreadsheet builds, customisation work, software training or professional tax, legal, financial or medical advice.

Refund handling

Because these are instant-access digital products, refunds are not typically offered after files have been downloaded, except where required by platform rules or law. If a buyer receives the wrong file, a damaged file, or cannot access the purchased download, they should contact the shop through Etsy so the issue can be reviewed against the order record.

Personal and business use

Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, products are for the buyer's own personal or internal business use. Redistribution, resale, file sharing or repackaging as a competing product is not permitted.
